Thank you for submitting your documents to us via our in-person drop off option today.

You can now expect an automated reply email that was just sent to you that will confirm that we successfully received your drop off order form submission.

Be advised that our same business day document filing services are only available if we receive your documents and our completed Texas apostille service order form by *12pm (noon) CST* Monday-Friday. If you drop off your documents to our office after our 12pm CST cutoff time your documents more than likely will not be filed with the State of Texas until the following business day.

We clearly state this cutoff time for same day document filings on our company voicemail recording, all over our website, on all of our order form pages, and if you would’ve called or emailed us before showing up to our office we would’ve told you this important fact as well.

With this said we highly recommend that you go online to www.FedEx.com or www.UPS.com or go to the nearest FedEx Office or UPS Store which are only a few minutes down the road from this office. You can then get on a computer to create, purchase, and print out or email us a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label. Then either bring the return shipping label back to our office or email the return shipping label PDF to us directly.

This way you don’t have to potentially stay overnight in Austin, TX or drive from out of town again all the way back to our office to pickup your documents the next business day afternoon.

Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive an automated first email message from us in your inbox within the next few minutes. Your internet or email provider (especially if you’re using a company email account that uses firewalls) will sometimes block certain emails sent to you or send the emails directly into your spam/junk folder and not properly into your inbox folder.

Lastly, we’ll email you back a second time to either notify you that your documents were successfully apostilled and mailed back using the prepaid return shipping label that you dropped off to us, or to let you know that documents were rejected by the Texas Secretary of State because of an error you or a notary made, or to let you know when you or someone on your behalf can come back to our office to pick up your apostilled documents.
