Can I have a Texas county clerk's
office send my divorce certificate
or divorce decree directly to you?
Yes, you can.
But only if you email us our Texas apostille order form and email us a prepaid return FedEx or UPS shipping label BEFORE we receive your documents from the Texas county office that issued your Texas divorce decree or Texas divorce certificate.
The Texas county office or you then mails your certified copy or original Texas divorce decree or Texas divorce certificate to:
Apostille Texas
108 Wild Basin Rd S, Ste 250
Austin, TX 78746
If you are going to have one of the 254 different Texas county offices, mail to us directly a recordable document to apostille on your behalf, like a new certified copy of a Texas birth certificate, death certificate, marriage license or marriage certificate, divorce decree or divorce certificate, divorce verification letter, marriage verification letter, death verification letter, or birth verification letter you MUST make sure they put our company name (Apostille Texas) on the to: address.
If a state or Texas county office lists YOUR NAME along with our address as the to: address by mistake, our building receptionist staff, as a company policy (that we do not control), will not sign for or accept any deliveries from people and companies that are not listed as tenants in the building. You are not listed as a tenant, so please ensure that a state or county office only lists our company name and address as the ‘to’ (receiver), not your name.
See the correct shipping to: example below that should be used by Texas DSHS Vital Statistics or any Texas county agency.
