How long is apostille valid?
If you’re wondering how long is apostille valid, it’s valid basically forever. USA apostilles and authentication certificates do not expire or have an expiration date on them.
With that said, most foreign countries have requirements where they’ll only accept apostilles or authentication certificates issued within a certain number of months or years from when you submit your documents to them. Most foreign countries, for example, will only accept apostilled FBI background check reports that are 3-6 months old.
