The Texas Secretary of State Will Be Closed On Tuesday, January, 21st 2025 Because Of A Winter Storm

The Texas Secretary of State was closed today for the federal holiday of MLK Day and they just announced they will now be CLOSED tomorrow (Tuesday, January 21st, 2025) because of inclement cold weather.
Our Austin, TX headquarters office will also be closed tomorrow so please do not show up to our office to drop off documents.
The TXSOS could potentially be closed on Wednesday as well because of the cold fyi.
We’ll keep updating both our blog and our GMB listings to let people know if the state will reopen on Wednesday or not.
