The Texas Secretary of State Will Be Closed November 27th-29th

Our office received notification that the Texas Secretary of State office will only be open two days (Monday and Tuesday) during Thanksgiving week and will be completely closed on Wednesday, November 27th through Friday November 29th and not reopen until Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

Apostille Texas’s office will only be open until noon on Wednesday November 27th to accept drop off or mail in orders but we will only be able to apostille documents on Monday and Tuesday of next week since those are the only two days the Texas Secretary of State will be open.

Any documents we receive by mail or drop off after 12pm on Tuesday November 27th will not be able to be apostilled until Monday, December 27th, 2024 please note.
