The Texas Secretary of State Now Accepts Remote Online Texas Notarization Stamps On Documents

The Texas Secretary of State as of October 1st, 2023 will now accept for the first time ever online notarization stamps on any type of non-recordable documents from licensed Texas notaries.
This is huge news because a person no longer has to be physically present in front of a Texas notary public to get a non-recordable document signed and notarized which is required to be done before it can be apostilled or authenticated by the State of Texas.
Non-recordable documents such as a single status affidavit, power of attorney, driver’s license, passport, visa, green card, PAN card, bank statements, and utility bill copies, high school or college diplomas, degrees, and transcripts.
Now, a person can simply do a remote notarization or virtual notarization on a document via webcam no matter where they live in the U.S or the world with any Texas e-notary licensed professional.
