The Texas Secretary of State will now for the first time in its history reduce its walk-in lobby office hours from being open daily from 8am-5pm down to 9am-4pm an unprecedented huge reduction of two hours per day starting September 1st, 2023.
They also will start to NOT answer any phone calls from people from noon-1pm every day!
