We had two similar Texas apostille orders come in today but with two different outcomes.

The first order form was filled out properly and the other was not.

The first order was to apostille an original Texas college diploma. The caveat was they wanted TWO apostille certificates for TWO different foreign countries – Spain and Panama.

The customer correctly sent us TWO properly notarized ORIGINAL diplomas to apostille for her.

One for Spain and one for Panama. They got apostilled and mailed back to her in a matter of a few hours.

Then on the next order, we were mailed only ONE power of attorney document but the customer put down Argentina and Colombia (see screenshot below) on the order form.

As we state on our Texas apostille order form (see screenshot below) and on our website the Texas Secretary of State only allows a person to receive ONE apostille certificate for ONE country on ONE document.

If this customer needed to get TWO apostille certificates for TWO different countries he would’ve needed to mail us TWO different properly notarized power of attorney documents not just one POA document like he did.

Luckily the customer responded back to the email that we sent him about this issue in about an hour and he said to only apostille the document for Colombia. It was way past our noon same day Texas apostille service cutoff time when we heard back from him but we still were able to apostille his document and mail it back to him that very same day.
