The above Texas notary jurat verbiage must be written in all English on your passport certified copy affidavit. The actual passport copy content can be in any non-English language (say you got it translated) but the entire Texas notary jurat text cannot be in a different or translated language other than English.
If the Texas notary jurat verbiage that is used on your passport certified copy affidavit is not 100% in English your passport copy will be rejected by the Secretary of State of Texas.
