Where Can I Order a Texas DPS
Criminal History Check Report At?
If you need to order a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) criminal history check report (criminal records check report) and then get it apostilled for use in a foreign country.
Please go to the links below for more information and to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety to help you with ordering the criminal history report that you will either email or mail us to rush apostille once you receive back from the state. The TXDPS website states it will take around ten business days for them to issue your criminal records report to you.
Make sure you order a DIGITAL/DOWNLOADABLE PDF version of your TXDPS background check report so you can just email the PDF report to us to apostille.
Otherwise, if you do not choose the downloadable/electronic option (mailing you back the background check report is the TXDPS default option) the TXDPS will USPS MAIL the original hard copy of your criminal records check report to you.
Then you will have to MAIL us the original background check report to apostille for you which will waste your time and money.
