The Texas Secretary of State Will Be Closed on Monday, February 19th For President’s Day
February 15, 2024 
The Texas Secretary of State’s office will be closed all day on Monday, February 19th, 2024 in observance of President’s Day which is a federal holiday.
So if we receive any documents by mail from you on that day we won’t be able to file and apostille them with the State of Texas until Tuesday, February 20th.
Our offices will be open as usual from 9am-5pm if you want drop off your documents at our office but again we won’t be able to file them with the State of Texas until the next business day.
