We had a customer last night leave the comment below on a Loom video link we sent him after we shot a screen capture help video for him at 10:30 pm at night.
It explained in detail solutions to all the issues he was having (documents he submitted to the Texas Secretary of State directly got rejected already) and what he had to do so we could same day Texas apostille his documents for him.
