If you’re wondering where can you download a FedEx international customs shipping invoice template to complete and include along with a prepaid return FedEx shipping label that you must mail or email us.
You can click the link below to instantly download an editable FedEx customs invoice template PDF for shipping documents internationally. You DO NOT need to do this customs form if we are mailing your documents back to you or someone else within the United States.
You must mail or email us the complete four pages of shipping labels that FedEx will generate for every international document shipment.
When you go to FedEx.com to create and buy a prepaid return shipping label please make sure to print out the entire PDF that FedEx will give you to download (it will always be at least four pages, not one or two pages) before mailing all the return shipping label paperwork to us or when you email us the FedEx shipping label PDF.
Also, when mailing documents internationally you or your company could receive a bill weeks or even months later from FedEx to pay for additional customs charges incurred (on top of the prepaid return shipping label that you created and bought) with the customs department of whatever foreign country your documents were mailed to from the U.S. We can’t answer any questions about this so please direct all your questions to FedEx about this if this were to happen.
